This list is the result of many years of seeking out very relevant
and useful information about complimentary and alternative treatments
for chronic pain, understanding the mind/body connection, and
ways to unlock the healing potential within us all.
Dealing with chronic pain herself, Irene
Tamaras, the founder of Dynamic Pain Relief has benefited
from the wealth of information these books have to offer. The
wealth of information and knowledge these books impart is extremely
useful in helping to heal the mind and body. The approaches have
all worked differently, but in a complimentary manner and may
help you to understand how healing takes place and help you to
identify other changes in your life that may let the healing begin.
Our recommendations are not intended to replace existing medical
diagnosis and treatments and are not substitutes for orthodox
medicine. Instead, these books are suggested reading to be done
alongside your existing medical treatments. In one’s journey
towards self-growth and healing, there are so many tools available
to help us better cope with difficult circumstances and help us
modify potentially damaging thinking or destructive behavior patterns
that could possibly inhibit our body's ability to heal.
Please note that the books listed below are not sold by Dynamic
Pain Relief, but instead are recommended to you. After each book
will be a brief description and information as to where you can
